Turnitin 60-minute timeout
Turnitin has a session timeout of 60 minutes. This means after 60 minutes of inactivity (keystrokes and mouse clicks) within the Turnitin window, any marks, annotations or comments may be lost. To avoid losing any comments, save your progress periodically as you are marking online.
Turnitin paper view request
Turnitin paper view request from noreply@turnitin.com is a request to access your student’s work that may match another student’s paper. When you receive this request, check the assignment details from Turnitin.com or Canvas. Responding to these emails can help investigate potential cases of plagiarism.
