If you are using Turnitin Feedback Studio to grade assignments, note that Turnitin has a session timeout of 60 minutes. This means after 60 minutes of inactivity (keystrokes and mouse clicks) within the Turnitin window, any marks, annotations or comments may be lost. To avoid losing any comments, save your progress periodically as you are marking online. If you do experience issues when using Turnitin features, please log them with Turnitin Support. Alternatively, some common problems may be resolved by clearing your browser cache.
