Big Blue Button interface redesign

Canvas have updated the Big Blue Button Interface so that plugins and extensions are no longer required.

Shared Notes in Big Blue Button now also includes additional functionality for formatting notes text.  Users can also export notes from a conference to a HTML, TXT, DOC, PDF, or ODC file.
