Canvas Help located in the Canvas navigation menu on the far left of the Canvas screen provides multiple ways for staff and students to get help with Canvas, including 24/7 chat and Hotline services for those tricky Canvas questions.
From the Help menu you can also access the Canvas@UoA resources, and a comprehensive (and searchable) set of Canvas Guides from the Canvas Community website.
