Canvas scheduler

Canvas Scheduler is a tool available in the Canvas Calendar that allows instructors to create groups of appointments for a whole course or a group.

Students can then sign up for an appointment time in the appointment group, either as an individual, or as groups.

When would I use the Scheduler?

Instructors can use Scheduler to:

• Create office hours
• Create times for consultations for groups or inidividuals
• Schedule lunches
• Assign presentation times

Setting up appointment groups

1. Click on
2.  Click on
3. Click on the Appointment Group tab.
4. Complete details

5. Click on

Students can then book appointments.
