The default playback resolution in an uploaded video in Canvas can be low and make the content (particularly screen captures) hard for students to view. You may need to let students know that they can change the playback resolution when they watch video content.
The playback resolution can be changed by hovering over the 
icon in video player and choosing a higher resolution option. Just one thing to note – watching a higher resolution video does consume more Internet data.
