Inspera is integrated with Canvas. As a teacher (or a Teaching Support), you can create an Inspera LTI assignment by selecting External tool as submission type in assignment settings. “Inspera Assessment” is available as an option in the external tool list. We also recommend you to tick “Load this tool in a new tab” so staff and students will load Inspera in a full window.
Once an Inspera LTI assignment has been saved in Canvas, staff can keep editing the settings in Inspera by clicking on the button “load … in a new window”.

The button will be visible to students once the assignment is published and available to them. They can click on the button to load and start their online assessment on Inspera.
