New Anonymity Features has just been added to the redesign.
Discussion redesign – Options for anonymous discussion
Please note:
- When anonymity is turned on for a discussion, grading and groups are not supported.
- Teachers, teaching support and TAs will never be anonymous.
- Student names and profile pictures are hidden from other course members, including teachers.
Discussions Redesign Early Access provides more information about the feature release plan. The new features are in the discovery phase. You can access them in our Canvas test environment.
