All staff can request help using Canvas via the Staff Service Centre (SSC) Portal on the staff Intranet. You can search the request forms with a keyword ‘Canvas’ (as shown in the screenshot below). Or you can find them under “Learning and Teaching” and “Application services“.
Canvas help @ SSC Portal
You can use the portal to ask general questions about Canvas, book a training session, and request access to Canvas. Here is a summary:
