Inbox/ Conversations are an in-Canvas email system. When a message is sent from Canvas Inbox, a copy of it is sent to the recipient’s University of Auckland email, depending on how the user has set their notification preferences setting in Canvas.
You can now communicate to specific sections in your Canvas course using announcements.
To access their group space, students can navigate to the groups link in their global navigation, then click on the group name. If you require students to self-sign up for their groups, ensure the People link is enabled in the course navigation.
